Every Sunday morning, our restaurant comes alive with the sights, aromas and flavours of traditional Yum Cha.
Served from 10:30am to 2:30pm, guests can enjoy an extensive selection of handcrafted dim sum, steamed dumplings, barbecue pork buns, rice rolls, spring rolls and our famous Cantonese roast meats, all prepared fresh by our chefs.

Our chefs proudly prepare traditional Siu Mei – the famous Cantonese roast meats that have been perfected over generations.
From crispy roast pork belly with perfectly crackled skin to succulent char siu barbecue pork and beautifully roasted duck, each roast is carefully prepared using traditional techniques to achieve the balance of crisp texture, rich flavour and tender meat that defines great Cantonese cuisine.
